Terms of Service

Refunds are only made when a replacement is not achievable, other than that. No refunds.

By purchasing with PayPal, you agree you are purchasing a Virtual Good/Service, where a refund is not applicable.

Any attempts to defraud the PayPal dispute system will be severely punished and will result a ban on our shop and on PayPal.

Replacements will be given if the initial contact is within our warranty period, any attemps to claim warranty outside of it will be ignored, unless the issue was our side (eg: Discord server being down) When needed, we will try our best to handle support requests as fast as possible, please note that we are humans as well.
